Kingman Park was officially designated a Historic District in June 2018, distinguishing its place in Washington DC's urban development history and recognizable rows of single-family homes characterized by front porches and variations in cornices and rooflines. The neighborhood is ideally located at close proximity of the restaurants and bars of H Street Corridor, and the parks, trails and open air activities in Kingman and Heritage Islands.

Getting Around:
Visitor parking passes available upon request but requests must be made in advance!

RFK Stadium-Armory Metro Station on the Orange Line, 15-min walk

Other Things to Note:
Please note: the ceiling is about 6'8 inches high at some of the lowest points. If you're on the taller side, you'll want to find another space!

Like most homes in D.C., there are tenants living upstairs in the 'main house'. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of life (footsteps, stairs, etc.) may be heard in both directions.
