This stunning newly built contemporary Sonoma home is situated on 6+ acres with sprawling views of Sonoma/Napa, Mt Diablo and San Pablo Bay. Located behind a coded gate and within 4 miles of the Sonoma Square. This private estate boasts lush grounds & resort style pool/spa/cabana.

The main house occupies 3,688 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The upstairs of the main house is one large open space with high ceilings and scenic views from every vista. It includes a family room, living room with fireplace, dining room, and large kitchen. The outdoor deck runs along the back of the house, which is perfect for indoor/outdoor living during the summer months. On the deck, there is a large rectangular dining table, sofas, chairs, an umbrella for shade, and a fire table. Inside, there's a large farmhouse dining table that seats 8 and a smaller kitchen table that seats 4.

The kitchen is one of the true highlights: a huge marble-covered island, a Thermador 8 top range with two ovens, a Bosch dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. The house is stocked with plenty of high-end pots, pans, knives, silverware, glasses, and Heath stoneware plates and mugs.

The family room includes a large Restoration Hardware cloud sofa, a 50-inch TV. There is high-speed internet via Starlink. The home is airy, open, full of light, and typically does not require heating or cooling, but both are available if needed. There's a thermostat on each floor.

The downstairs is where the bedrooms are. The master suite is quite spacious. It includes a king bed, a fireplace, a desk, a seating area, a large floor mirror, a large walk-in closet and sliding doors to the downstairs deck. The master bath has a double vanity, bathtub, and a standing shower. There's tons of space, and the lighting/views are spectacular. There are also blackout shades for those that are sensitive to morning light.

The guest bedroom is also spacious. It has a gorgeous rustic modern king bed with a large closet. The third bedroom includes 2 queen beds, a daybed, a desk, and large wall-to-wall closets. This room also has access to the outdoor deck.

Estate can also be rented as a whole!! **Separate pricing**

The separate 1,200 square feet guest house that has one bedroom, one pullout sofa, and 2 bathrooms is newly built by an award-winning architect and builder. It has a skylight that runs throughout the entire house with incredible views of redwoods and oaks. The main bedroom has a stunning king bed, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom that includes a standing shower and plenty of storage. The living room has a sofa bed, 2 swivels chairs, a billiards table, and a dining table for 4. The kitchen also has a large marble-covered island, a large refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a range, and an oven. Please mention you want the pool heating at the time of booking.

The outdoor pavilion and surrounding area are stunning. There are two L-shaped, comfortable sofas that provide plenty of seating. Additionally, there are 4 chaises right in front of the pool. The pavilion provides the perfect amount of shade and sun throughout the day. However, there are built-in fans and heaters, so guests can customize the temperature to their liking. The outdoor kitchen is a dream! The island has a stunning black granite that has a soft leathery feel. The island has 4 bar stools. The island also includes an under-counter fridge, an ice maker, and trash compactors. To the right of the island is a top-notch Lynx grill. The dining area seats 14 comfortably. There is also an entire outdoor game area that includes a bocce court, a ping pong table, a putting green with 6 holes for the golfers, and a massive turf area for everything from cartwheels, cornhole, badminton or even movie nights. There are also 2 outdoor bathrooms. This space is outdoor living at its best! Dine al fresco, and then sit by the fireplace and play a friendly round of bocce!

The property itself is gated, secluded and private. It's only 5 miles to Sonoma square and there are dozens of wineries, shops, and restaurants just a short drive away. All just just one hour from the Golden Gate Bridge! This is the perfect getaway for one or two families or a small group. We welcome children, but cannot accommodate pets or events. If you enjoy wine there’s lots of that here too. I used to enjoy this small town I was born and raised in. It is very crowded with tourists on the weekends, I suggest walking on the weekends. You’ll be glad you did!"
