This home is located on a main road and is thus subject to some road noise. Most guests have not found this to be an issue nonetheless we just like to provide full disclosure.

In addition to the monthly fee there is a $400 cleaning fee and bi-weekly cleans at $200 each that will be added to your lease agreement.
