The property also features a peaceful, fenced-in backyard, a cozy fireplace, and a 2-car garage.

The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood where you'll often see couples and families with young children out walking. It is conveniently located near Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, Sonoma Plaza, and several excellent restaurants. San Francisco is approximately an hour away.

We are looking for a respectful tenant with strong credit and a demonstrated history of making payments on time.
