Room Description

Hi!

We're looking to rent out 2 private rooms in our house for $800/month (which includes all utilities and internet) available on December 1, 2026. The room is furnished (can be unfurnished if preferred). Each room comes with a ceiling fan. The property is in a gated community in Mission Grove, right behind Mission Grove Shopping Plaza. Very close to convenient stores, grocery stores, restaurants, health centers, and gym (about 2 to 3 minutes drive or less than 10 minutes walk), and 12 minutes drive to UCR.

Each housemate will need to share the bathroom with 2 other housemates (currently 1 male adult) and share kitchen with the owners (a young married couple). Security deposit is $400.

No pet, no smoking, and only single occupant per room. Only single occupant per room. We'll also need to conduct a background check prior to move in. Student and professional are welcomed.
