"Not too far from both the 91fwy and 215fwy which is nice. Only time you hit major traffic if during peak rush hour. Other than that it’s pretty quick "

"The area is warm and wonderful. It is a perfect mix of suburban living with city style and sophistication. The neighborhood is friendly, family oriented and cozy. There are parks and shopping and event venues as well as great schools from K -12 as well as colleges and universities. "
