"Traffic is terrible. Drivers are terrible. Only one bus covers the area and the drivers are also terrible! Tons of coyotes in the area that will stalk u on a night walk. LOTS of police activity including helicopters and loud speakers at midnight or later! "

"Every dog I’ve met is super friendly and most owners are very good about keeping them leashes for everyone’s safety HOWEVER! it’s VERY common for owners to not pick up after their dogs even with the numerous public use trash cans AND the few provided poo bag stations found here and there…. "

"great to live here. quiet and close to all the necessary markets, retail, shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, hospitals, freeways, car dealerships, schools, university, and parks. also, low crime rate and police presence. Thar community is peaceful and feels safe. I like the location to the beaches, the mountains, the desert, and San Diego and Orange county. The best kept secret. "

"Lots of other dogs to run into. But also skunks and coyotes. People are friendly here and love dogs. Count on people carrying treats around to feed your dog. If you allow it! "

"I live just a few miles away from work. We walk across the street for groceries and restaurants. There are spas and a hair salon across the street. I feel like we have all we need. I wish that houses were available and affordable in the area."

"It's a nice little area to feel safe walking your dog, especially in the morning. However, I would caution to keep small pets inside at night because there are coyotes."

"Plenty of dog owners here. It’s nice to walk around the shopping center. there is a local dog groomer that is priced well, they leave water outside to passers by, and the apartment complexes nearby keep their grounds well. We have two small pugs and they enjoy the area. There is a large park called andulka, just down the street that is a couple blocks long, and they usually host special events there. "

"It’s a very nice calm area, with real nice view .But A lot of college students since it’s close to UCR. If you leave your car unlocked at night it will get broken into. "

"A lot of Grown Trees, quiet, easy to get to 91 fwy and 215 fwy. Closed to grocery store, a lot of restaurants. Not to crowded. Easy to walk my dogs. Rent is expensive for townhomes that has no back yards🙁"

"Dog owners should be mindful of coyotes in the neighborhood. Small dogs should be watched carefully, as it appears to be a very real threat in the neighborhood."

"There’s a huge park that your dog can run around on and we’re really close to Sycamore Canyon where a lot of people take their dogs hiking. It’s not unusual to see neighbors walking their dogs around the neighborhood at any hour of the day/night and there’s a cute little pet shop in the town center."

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCastleview is a wonderful school. Our daughter is in kindergarten and we feel the quality of education is excellent. Lots of parent participation and great PTA activities. The school is in a nice area and still has a manageable amount of kids per class. We are not in the dual immersion program but still get some exposure to it which is a nice addition.Other Review10y ago3 Reviews - Hawarden Hills Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePoor. We left the school after 2 1/2 years. I selected the school because I wanted a safe environment where my child would experience small class sizes and be free of bullying. I did not realize that the teachers would yell at the class, degrade individual students and teach boring lessons from workbooks. I tried to last out the year but had to leave when one teacher put her hand on my daughter's shoulder, looked at me and said that she felt sorry for my daughter. We both left in tears.Parent Review7y ago56 Reviews
