This is a nice, quiet area of Riverside better known as the "Cowboy Streets" due to the names of the streets: Durango, Laredo, Carson Laramie, , etc. Most residents have lived here for over 30+ years. Schools are great. Victoria Elementary, Alcott Elementary, Gage Middle and Poly High School. You always see residents walking their dogs and it's safe an quiet. Not many homes for sale here..."
