HOA: The unit is located within a managed condominium community. All HOA rules and regulations apply to guests and must be followed at all times.

HOA Application Fee: $150 per adult occupant (subject to change per Association). Processing time: approximately 30 days. No check-in shall occur prior to HOA approval. Tenant acknowledges that HOA approval is required and that any delays in completing the application process may affect check-in dates
Lease payment: 50% of full rent is due upon lease signing; remaining 50% due 90 days prior to check-in for stays of more than one month. For single-month stays, full rent is due upon lease signing

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled 60 or more days before check-in. 50% refund if canceled 15-59 days before check-in. No refund if canceled less than 15 days before check-in
