Read what parents are saying about Veterans Memorial Elementary SchoolI have the best experience the VME school, My daughter loves going there. The teachers are very nice and professional.
Posted by a parent on 3/2/2023My son has had two bad teachers there that were not helpful, had short fuses and blamed everything on the children even though they are 5 and 6 year olds. Very disappointed with the teaching methods. Not until we got the principal involved did anything change. We have no idea though what goes on since we cannot be in the classroom or see cameras. My child dreaded going to school in the morning because of the teachers. We are transferring him to a private school where he can at least get a good edcuation. By the way, Veterans is the same school that all of the teachers' children get to choose their teachers and fill up those "best teacher" classes first.
Posted by a parent on 11/3/2022My two other children went to school in Georgia and we were equally happy with their education there.
Posted by a parent on 12/26/2019I want to thank Mr. Smith, 4th grade teacher at VME, for his excellent job with the kids this year. He is fun and understanding. He gets the best from the kids. Our son looks up to him because he is a great leader. We are very happy to have him as our son's teacher this year and look forward to have him next year. Thank you Mr. Smith!
Posted by a parent on 5/25/2016I moved to Naples from another state 3 years ago. I was impressed with it when my kids started there. I LOVE this school. I've been very pleased with their teachers so far.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI used to go to this school, also counting my older brother and this school was amazing. Like back then I would agree to give this school a 4, but now I have to give this school a 3 probably also a 2. I saw a review that said the school was going downhill, and I agree with that review. The reviews I gave about the school probably explain what I mean.Other Review8mo ago - Cedar Montessori School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCould not be more happy about the development of my son. His confidence has taken a 180 after the first month of his attendance. The values he is learning at Cedar Montessori are priceless. Thanks so much for being a part of his life Cedar!Parent Review12y ago - Royal Palm Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you want your child to be bullied and feel completely hopeless, this is the school for you! The staff does nothing about the bullying and racism in this school. The children here are absolute snobs who bully other kids for being different. The cruel and disgusting things I hear come out of my child's mouth when I ask him what these kids say to him. Parents should be ashamed for teaching their kids that it’s okay to discriminate against others. My child has tried reporting these kids multiple times for bullying, and instead, it got him in trouble. It makes no sense. I am truly disgusted by this school and the staff. I am so happy I have switched my child to Bonita Charter, where he feels much more accepted and happier.Parent Review7mo ago - Naples Christian Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school does not value academic success. They are way too easy on the students, especially in middle school. They have a no homework policy which harms the students and prevents them from learning. The academic rigor and encouragement to push students to work and learn is not there. A majority of the students do not value hard work or education. I would send your child elsewhere, especially for middle school. There a few teachers who are really good and value learning and want to teach students how to work and learn, but the administration does not seem to value that. Also, the field trips are very expensive. They cater to a certain crowd.Parent Review1mo ago - Adonai Academy Incorporated
