Back water fishing is even closer around Gasparilla Sound. Kayaking is just one more way to take advantage of these varied waters. The biking is care free with little to no traffic. Yes, even roller skating in the neighborhood! You will find mostly retirees here with 40% being snow birds. The school bus comes right to the Sub-division club house to pick all the kids up.
