3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home with a beautiful covered front porch and 2 back porches, enclosed EXTRA back room, fenced backyard, added laundry room, LARGE workshop garage, sitting on 3 acres, in a county setting 5 minutes from i10.
Nice county neighborhood.

Requirements:
-Your income is verifiable 3x the rent.
-You have had the same job description or worked with the same company a year or longer.
-NO EVICTIONS

-We require first month, last month, and deposit (all $1850) at signing a years lease.
-Utilities paid by tenant.
-No smoking or vaping in home.
-Some pets allowed with a $500 non-refundable fee per pet

    "my neighborhood has great access to a major highway which is well-constructed and mail well-maintained also very well patrolled by state troopers. road ranger availability is good if you should have a problem. the only negative is that if there is a wreck time to clear the road seems extended and traffic backs up for miles and miles since exits are so far apart. "

The are building a really nice park in phases at the Bagdad mill site (with separate boat and kayak launches, and a dock for fishing). Bagdad has the lowest taxes. "

Friendly community and loads of festivals, boardwalk with the Blackwater river, Imogene Theater with musicians, shows, comedians.
