It might not be fair to compare schools in Glendale and the post-soviet elementary schools from my childhood to a neat and well funded school in Irvine, but I truly didn't have that many negative experiences here (by my own standards). Among the elementary options in the Orange County Great Park area, this has been our preferred choice.The school has a welcoming, well organized environment, and there is strong parent involvement. The school continues to improve, with recent additions like a new building that provides more learning space for students. It has also been encouraging to see the school’s rating improve over time from 7 to 8 and now 9 out of 10.My older child recently participated in both the Puma Market and the Science Olympiad program for 4th grade and up. These were her first experiences with both programs, and they were truly meaningful for our family. Through Science Olympiad, she was exposed to advanced topics and learned from dedicated coaches and materials. In the Puma Market, she learned how to attend meetings, take notes, collaborate with a partner, calculate costs, and even take on a sales role during the event.We feel grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of this school community. "The area is very safe, surrounded with a variety of communities and friendly people. Schools are close and therefore students in high school could even go in bikes or in electric scooter. Finally, Parks are amazing!"

"I am retired. My husband commutes 80 miles round trip 2 days a week. He uses the toll road and it makes the trip very convict . If I were still commuting, my trip would take about the same amount of time. My commute would be much more hectic, because of all the surface streets I would need to travel on. "

"Very close to freeway and esp tolls. Very easy to get around. Traffic isn’t too bad either, although I have noticed it becoming worse and probably will continue due to expansion."
