"Safe, friendly, quiet streets except for dog walkers, the occasional couples walking with a stroller, or a few teens trolling around. It’s a beautiful place to live, getting more ethnically and racially diverse over the years, which we find a real plus!"

"We have been in Douglaston for almost 2 years and love the house and the area but there is very little community in our immediate area so it’s abit lonely in terms of interacting with neighbors but its safe, peaceful and quite"
