Located on a quiet side street only one block from Willamette St. in South Eugene (very close to Capella's and the Metropol bakery!), there are abundant restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and more. It is approximately 1.5 miles to University of Oregon (very walkable) and approximately 2 miles to Lane Community College. With a new kitchen and new floors, two huge bedrooms (third is normal size), and desks for working, it is a PERFECT spot for work and play.

This home is serviced by the best schools (e.g., South Eugene High, Roosevelt MIddle).

The inside space:

The inside space is approximately 760 s/f.

The unit is the back unit of a duplex and has its own fenced yard.

The unit comes with one parking spot on the property. There is also good on-street parking. The bus stop is approximately 1 block away. A lot of people walk and ride their bikes from this location. There are bike lanes on the nearby streets.

House rules:

1) No smoking on the property.

2) Pets are negotiable with upcharge of $25/month per pet and $500 security deposit per pet. Size, number, breed, and disposition of pets will be considered as a whole. Pet(s) and pet owner will be screened before approval. The lease contains special terms regarding pets.

3) Renters insurance is required before lease will be signed. The insurance must specifically cover injuries from animals if you have a pet.
