Spacious and Sunny Pet Friendly 2 Bed Apartment In Coolidge Corner
This is a nice place that is just a short walk to Coolidge Corner. This 3rd floor apartment has great light and nice hardwood floors throughout the unit. Heat and hot water are included with the rent There is laundry in the building. The kitchen is eat in and even has a dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and tiled. There is pretty good closet space as well. The apartment also has a nice big living room and a small back porch(shared) to hang out on after a long day at the office. Small pets, including dogs, are ok with the owner. Pictures are from previous tenants. There is no broker fee. Available 9/1/26. Parking spots behind the building are available for $250 per month.
