Public Unit DescriptionThis is a great place in Brookline that is just steps to Coolidge Corner. It's a front facing unit that has great light, and nice hardwood floors throughout . It's on the 2nd floor of the building. Heat and hot water are included with the rent. The kitchen is eat in and even has a dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and tiled. There is pretty good closet space as well. There is a good sized living room and a small back porch(shared with one other unit) to hang out on after a long day at the office. Small pets, including dogs, are ok with the owner. There is laundry in the building. There is no broker fee. Parking spots are available for $250 per month.
