Nice Pet Friendly 2 Bedroom Apartment In Coolidge Corner for 8/1/26

Very nice two bedroom apartment in Brookline that is just a short walk to Coolidge Corner(by Dwight Street and Green Street). This place has good sized rooms and nice hardwood floors throughout the unit. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a room for a small table. The bathroom is clean and tiled. There is pretty good closet space as well. There is also a good sized living room and a small back deck(shared) to hang out on. Heat and hot water are included with the rent. There is laundry in the building. Friendly pets, including dogs, are ok with the owner. Parking spots are available for $250 per month. Owner requires 1st month, last month, and a $350 cleaning deposit. There is no broker fee. Apartment is available for an August 1st lease start date. Please call or e-mail with any questions or to set up a time to see this unit.

Owner pays for heat and hot water. Tenants pay for cooking gas and electricity
