This place is perfect for a single professional or student who wants to live in a quiet, clean, tastefully decorated environment.

We are renting a bedroom and attached private bathroom in a house that was built to be a Bed and Breakfast. The experience of renting this room is a little like living in an Air B&B but as month to month rental. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, TV, Air Conditioner etc. All our rooms have a private bathroom attached. There is a library downstairs that can be reserved by anyone who lives in the house at no charge for study groups, wine tastings, movie nights etc.

This house is in a great location with a 97 walking score. The location is a few blocks from downtown restaurants, cafe's bars and other nightlife. It is also walking distance to the University of Oregon and the popular Whiteaker neighborhood.
