Unit #5 is coming available in mid August, is on the second floor, and has a living room view of colorful Maple & Ash trees, as well as the Abbey park across the street. In addition to the roomy "mudroom" entry area, it has an open kitchen-to-living-room floor plan, is approx 950 sq feet, with an attached, outdoor balcony of an additional approx 75 sq feet. This unit comes with energy-efficient heat-pump central heating and air conditioning. Recently installed: Stainless Wifi-smart LG range with Airfry oven & stainless range hood, super-quiet stainless LG dishwasher, and large stainless LG refrigerator. It also has a stainless double sink with garbage disposal, as well as an in-unit full-size washer & dryer. It has plenty of windows, bedroom closets with organizers, a pantry closet, and many kitchen cabinets for storage. Most of the flooring is luxury vinyl planking, which is super easy to keep clean. This unit is being offered unfurnished.

For utilities, the water, sewer and trash/recycling is included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity, and internet/cable as needed. Renter's insurance is required, unless exceptions apply.

Per the building pet policy, only cats are permitted. Up to two cats can be allowed per unit. Pets are NOT charged monthly pet rent and the security deposit of $500 per pet is payable within 3 months of move in.
Fair Housing law allow service, assistance or companion animals for persons with a verified disability and thus these animals are not considered pets and the security deposit does not apply to them.

This unit will be offered for $1700 per month, on a year lease, with a $2500 Security Deposit, extra with pet(s).
