It has a stainless double sink with garbage disposal, and in-unit, full-size washer & dryer. There are plenty of windows, bedroom closets with organizers, a pantry closet and cabinets for storage. All the flooring is new and includes luxury vinyl planking, which is super easy to keep clean.

One year lease.

Water, sewer and trash/recycling is included in rent.
Tenant pays for electricity (EWEB) and internet/cable if desired.

Up to two pets can be allowed. Pets are NOT charged monthly pet rent and the security deposit of $500 per pet is payable within 3 months of move in. Per the pet policy, only cats are permitted.

Renter's insurance is required, unless exceptions apply.

Interested parties may arrange an appointment to view the apartment and receive a standard Oregon Rental Housing (ORHA) application form. Applications will be processed in the order received.

Any applicant(s) with limited English proficiency may submit a written request for an additional 24 hours to secure language assistance and the additional time will be granted to enable meaningful access to the application.

The application period will close when five applications are received, or the unit is rented, whichever comes first.
