Clean Quiet 2 Master Bedroom floorpan. With a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each master has its own toilet, sink, and mirror that can be locked off. Shared tub shower, and a half bath downstairs. I am looking for another stable long term tenant. 630 credit or above to apply with 3x rent as income. The unit has washer dryer hookups, fenced yard and plenty of parking (non covered) There is a shared large area outside the unit. Downstairs there is a nice living dining area and a fireplace. With a sliding glass door that allows access to some outside storage as well as the back yard. Sorry no section 8. Minimum 1 years lease with credit and background check paid by applicant directly (35 dollars) Please answer how many people will be in the home, confirm non smoking, pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Neighbors to the right is popular:established Regency Oaks My subdivision consists of one street/cul de sac. Kids play and ride bikes, some neighbors get together for nightly visits across the lawns. Underground utilities/only sidewalks. Best street of the the subdivision. Low or no crime. "
