"Wonderful neighborhood, within blocks of airport but no traffic noise People friendly/dog friendly, moderate to medium homes with mix young/middle/senior/elderly. Walking/running group on Wednesday. Short distance to longhorns, post office, hair salon, consignment shop, bank, grocery store and pharmacy. Neighbors to the right is popular:established Regency Oaks My subdivision consists of one street/cul de sac. Kids play and ride bikes, some neighbors get together for nightly visits across the lawns. Underground utilities/only sidewalks. Best street of the the subdivision. Low or no crime. "

"I LIVE HERE AND HAVE LIVED IN MOBILE FOR 40 YEARS AND THIS IS THE VERY BEST LOCATION IN TOWN. CAN GET ANYWHERE QUICKLY. FOR TEEN AGE DRIVERS OR ELDERLY THERE ARE RED LIGHTS AT 2 OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD EXITS. "
