Walking/running group on Wednesday. Short distance to longhorns, post office, hair salon, consignment shop, bank, grocery store and pharmacy. Neighbors to the right is popular:established Regency Oaks My subdivision consists of one street/cul de sac. Kids play and ride bikes, some neighbors get together for nightly visits across the lawns. Underground utilities/only sidewalks. Best street of the the subdivision. Low or no crime. "
