The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building just 1 block from McCarren Park. It features a MASSIVE living room area, a kitchen with full-sized stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and an updated bathroom with a soaking tub. There is a coat closet in the hall as well as TWO large closets in the bedroom. There is a bright and clean laundry room in the basement!
These pictures are from #3B, the unit directly above with an identical layout. The current tenant in 2B is moving out this week and the landlord will be updating the unit to the same exact specs (new appliances, etc) as #3B. I can show now, just understand the updates will be done between 4/15-4/30. The unit will be ready for move-in by 5/1. Heat & Hot Water are included! Sorry, no dogs. 1 cat will be considered.
