A-Tech High School

This school lack proper teaching to prepare kids for the next grade. The kids are bullies and the teachers have favoritism towards the children. All the African American students face discrimination and it’s known in the community not to attend this school. My child would come home with scratches on her face and they broke her favorite water bottle then lied about it but refused camera footage. The kinder teacher was extremely mean and Im still furious about the situation. They cater to white families and the school has low percentage of diversity.

The school is diverse and the administration encourages collaboration between families and staff. My children were in the dual language program from Kindergarten to 8th grade and graduated being bilingual. Parents need to also do the work and encourage their children to speak Spanish outside of school. There is a thriving Nest program for children on the autism spectrum. The Principal makes decisions based on student needs. Your child will be safe, love school and flourish at PS84!

If you are black please do not send your black child here. They allow the white kids to be physically abused and violent towards black students without really support. The principal will gaslight you like she’s concerned buts she’s not. Protect your black children from this blatantly racist school.
