Room Description

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING ON THIS AD CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTACTING ME. PLEASE JUST DONT LOOK AT THE PICTURES BEFORE CALLING ME AND TAKE THE TIME TO READ WHAT I AM OFFERING.

FOR SERIOUS PEOPLE ONLY, I AM NOT POSTING ON HERE TO WASTE ANYONES TIME OR MINE . SCAMMERS, PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME I ALREADY KNOW HOW A SCAM LOOKS LIKE WHEN YOU TEXT.

IF YOU HAVE IN THE PAST YEAR "FAILURE TO PAY RENT" RECORD OR A CRIMINAL RECORD IN ANY STATE PLEASE DON'T CONTACT ME ITS NOTHING PERSONAL. I JUST WANT A DEPENDABLE, WORKING, AND SAFE PERSON LIVING ON MY PROPERTY

SPECIAL
ONLY IF YOU QUALIFY AND MOVE IN BEFORE AUGUST 1st. JULY AND AUGUST RENT WILL BE FREE AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY PRORATED RENT FOR JULY

YOUR FIRST MONTH RENT WILL BE USED FOR THE RENT DUE ON SEPTEMBER 1st. SO THAT MEANS I AM ALMOST GIVING AWAY 2 MONTHS FOR FREE, BUT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY BEFORE AUGUST 1ST TO GET THIS SPECIAL OFFER.
(YOU STILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE FIRST MONTH RENT AND DEPOSIT WHEN SIGNING A 1 YEAR LEASE TO QUALIFY FOR THE RENTAL SPECIAL)

AVAILABLE NOW IF THIS AD IS STILL HERE

AND IT'S A REAL AD

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING ON THE AD SO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM RENTING OUT

My name is Luis I am the owner of the house and yes this is a real ad

!!It's very straight forward what I am looking for and renting

(Please read EVERYTHING carefully and NO this is not an apartment)

What is being rented:

1 private bedroom

1 private full bathroom

Access to brand new shared kitchen that includes most utensils and all new electric appliances

New shared washer and dryer tower

You get 1 parking space on the property

So, what I am renting out is everything an individual would need to live, survive, and most importantly save money

Tenant I am looking for:

1) If you are a serious individual and by yourself. That if you're looking at this ad and reading this you know exactly what you want to rent currently and have the funds for a deposit and first month's rent.

2) No smoking

3) No pets allowed

What information do I need from you:

1) driver's license

2) 2 months of most recent bank statements

3) 2 latest paystubs

4) I run a background check of all applicants before deciding if you would be the right fit for my property.

I do not run credit because credit will only tell me that you pay your bills on time and it does not confirm income so in my opinion running credit does not really help me to determine qualification.

Price:
$1,200.00 monthly rent and $1,200.00 security deposit required and must be given at the time of signing a 1-year lease. So, you would need a total of $2,400.00 just to move in.
I also do not raise the rent every year like most rental properties do. I raise the rent after the second lease is completed. So that means this rental price is locked in for 2 years once you sign the lease.

Location:

Laurel side of Howard County md, which is in a great and safe location to live in. Most importantly house is close to interstate 95 which is 5 minutes away from home. Home is located 22 miles from dc border line or 22 miles from Baltimore border line. 11 miles from university of md college park. House is right off rt 1 and whiskey bottom rd.

Schedule for view:

I am only available to show the room on these days and times:

Wednesday all day

Friday mornings before 2:30pm

Saturday all day

Sunday after 1:00pm

If this ad is still up it means the room is still available

Furthermore, the pictures you see in the ad are what you are getting access to on the property, thank you for reading
