"My neighborhood can easily access to shopping and restaurants and the metro areas of Baltimore and DC. Commuting in the area can be extremely heavy and challenging to get to DC and Baltimore"

"I live here for almost 4 years, is very tranquil, love the parks the natural reserve for hiking, the playgrounds, the pools, the exelente schools, people are friendly, the restaurants nearby are awesome, the supermarket...etc... it's just wonderful. The neighbors cares and comunicate through the community app. "

"The area is starting to become over populated and in a constant state of development. with the growth has come more issues of vandalism, burglary, vehicles hitting people on sidewalks and now sexual assault attempts on joggers. I am moving for my own safety after seven years of being here. "
