The master bathroom is huge and features his-and-hers sinks and a separate bathtub and shower. There is a large walk-through closet connecting the master bedroom with the bathroom. An eat-in kitchen and a spacious living room are also on the 1st floor. Skylights in the kitchen and master bath provide plenty of natural light. Flooring in the MB, closet, and living room has been updated to wood laminate. The stairwell and upstairs are carpeted. Additionally, the house received new skylights and a new roof last summer.One of the best features of this house is that the front door of the house leads you onto a covered patio that faces Rock Creek and Waterford Park. The back door opens to a brick patio that is large enough to accommodate a grill and a table. It faces a shared carport where you have 2 assigned off-street parking spaces: 1 covered and 1 uncovered space, and there is plenty of visitor parking in the neighborhood. You also have a private storage shed in the carport. As a resident in Waterford, the home's exterior and lawn is maintained by the community, so you will never need to mow. However, you are more than welcome to plant flowers if you are into gardening.The house is available by November 1, possibly earlier. $35 credit check required. There is a 1 month's security deposit.     "Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
