Cute one bedroom apartment in 1920s historic home. Rent $880. Plus electricity. Owner pays for water and trash. It's a small one bedroom apartment but it's very cute, bear claw bathtub in bathroom, semi private patio, walk to all of Roosevelt Row and downtown and ASU downtown. Open house to see apartment on Sunday, September 14 from 8AM to 11am. And Wednesday, September 17 from 8 AM till 10 AM.
Rental applications available in apartment on those two days. It is apartment number A that is for rent so don't disturb apartment number B. Thanks

    "There is a lot of history and some charm, however with the freeways close by and the amount of alley ways that are present in about 95% of the properties; this area gets a lot of homeless, dumpster divers, gang bangers and scouts on the look out for burgarlizing homes. we have to be very vigilant when it comes to our exterior and the back of our home due to very unsafe and unpatroled alley ways."
