Description

Easy access to public transit, Arboretum west entrance one block down the hill and one street below is part of of the bike route that extends all the way around Lake Washington.

Renters are responsible for paying a separately metered Natural Gas bill in their name, that is used only for 903's gas. That natural gas serves; the kitchen stove, and the cast iron heating stove centrally located to provide heat to the bedroom (as long as the door is open), living/dining room, and kitchen. All those rooms are open to where the cast iron gas heat stove is located.

The electrical and water/sewer bills, for both units, is paid for by the Landlords who live in the 901 unit.

The 903 bathroom heat is provided either by leaving the door to the bathroom open, or there is a small electric baseboard in the bathroom. Landlord prefers that 903 only uses the bathroom baseboard if condensation becomes a problem in their bathroom. If the door is left open after a shower during the cool season, heat from the centrally placed cast iron may be enough to keep this condensation from lingering in the bathroom, or leaving the window in the bathroom open in the summer. None of our past renters have ever had a mildew or mold problem in the bathroom, and we do not want to have that problem.
The renters in 903 may have some (less than 1/2) of the production from the north/back yard red raspberry summer berries and some of the plums from the tree that grow in that north yard. There is also the possibility for the renters to use one of the 4 deep planting boxes in the back yard for growing some vegetables, or whatever you wish. The Owners are responsible for watering and maintaining the raspberry bushes and the plum tree in the north yard.
Smoking is not allowed in the rental unit or on the premises. Pets such as cats or dogs are not allowed. The renter should use street parking, which is generally available within our block.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
