"I’m retired but did use transportation when I worked. But felt in safe. Needs more security. "
  • Gb22h7s78c
"It’s starting to get busy here due to people migrating. Usually around 5 pm is when the traffic builds up"
  • Smallmak21.99
"The parks in the area are pretty well maintained and nice, my kids enjoy going to play and I notice a lot of families do birthday parties there in the weekends. The area feels safe and our neighborhood is pretty quiet. "
  • Trulia User
"no sidewalks, unsafe to walk alone or even in a group, not safe day or night speeding cars, robberies and homeless tents and people on main streets where the sidewalks are"
  • Trulia User
"Nothing HERE but DRUGS, CAR ACCIDENTS, STOLEN CARS, BURGLARIES, TRASH, FURNITURE, SPEEDING CARS and Ice Cream Trucks. NO Lie!!!"
  • Nicole W. D. S.
"I live in the worst possible part of this neighborhood. There's crime daily, homelessness and trash everywhere. People are getting high or wandering drunk during the day while piles of trash and discarded appliances pile up around them."
  • Emily R.
"There has been one gang related issue in my 4 years of living here, there are a couple of thief’s who will scope out houses sometimes so be very aware, my grandmother makes police reports every month or so on suspicious vehicles and people on bikes scoping out places, we have had no issues once we got a couple of large dogs, the park is nice and usually clean. It’s not a terrible place to live, it seems like there has been at least a little less crime since one of the vacant houses was torn down!"
  • Kenny R.
"we dont have potlucks or movie nights, the neighbors let the pets go wherever they want, not cleaning up after them."
  • Venus R.
"N/A I do not have any additional comments. There are positives and negatives in this area. I do love the school district."
  • Tana Q.
"There is very little public transportation in this area. It would be nice to have more options for people. "
  • Mariamisley
"the neighbors are likely to call the pound they did it to my neighbor next door. they acted like they liked the dog were fake and friendly only to his face then turned around and called the pound. "
  • David S.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 5yrs and some change. it's a good place for family and kids. the grass gets well maintained by jc higgins and associates. I love this house i'm living in. "

  • David S.
"it's a good neighborhood, kid play outside. convenience store and planet fitness are walking distance. this community is good for family and friends. they have maintenance workers. "
  • Teah80paul
"I live in the midland area. Parts of it are a little scetchy but where I live at my apartment there’s a lot of older people. It’s fairly quiet. Wouldn’t walk alone at night because I am a single female. Lots of homeless surrounding area "
