Applicants with rent violations within the last 5yrs, evictions within the last 5yrs, any criminal record within the last 5yrs, income that is not at least 2X rent, or no previous landlord references will not be considered for this apartment. Application fee is $50 which is refunded to applicant that's passes background and credit check. Will only accept 1 application at to process for this apartment. Others will be notified if previous applicant did not meet requirements for background and credit check. Qualified applicants will be asked to sign a 1yr lease. After 1yr tenant will be on month to month lease. Any altercations or dispute's at the property of a tenant of this building that requires police intervention will be considered for eviction.
