    "My neighborhood has great access and the commute to downtown is safe and can be driving to or by bus a bike or walking all is convenient and easy to get to I walk here and drive but usually I go to the Central Park and there’s nice scenery there "

    "Great access to public transportation there’s a park in walking distance a dog park a pond a few different schools shopping centers and grocery stores all walking distance. There’s a hospital and pharmacy close by and there’s lots of thrift stores and restaurants but it’s a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors do not get in your personal space at your residence "

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
