I am looking to sublease this bedroom from January 2023 to May 31, 2023.

Rent is $795 per month and this includes all utilities.

This apartment is super cozy and my room that I am subletting is huge with tall ceilings. Dimensions are 10' W x 15' L x 9' H.

There is a washer and drier in the basement of the apartment. There is a spacious kitchen with propane burners. There are currently 3 other housemates living in this 4 bedroom apartment. There is a large living room as well making this a very cozy rental.

It's located at the top of E Seneca Street and is a 30 second walk downhill to a bus stop that takes you to campus. It's located a 5 minute walk from the Ithaca Commons. There are roughly 40 restaurants (Korean, Indian, American, Coffee Shops) in Collegetown within a 1 minute walk from this apartment.

This lease ends on May 31, 2023.

There is no smoking allowed.

There is lots of free street parking.

Utilities are included in the rent.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
