Great old farmhouse on 5 acres (2.5 fenced) close to Cornell. Beautiful area, quiet street, 2 miles from Cornell Vet School, Baker Institute and East Hill Plaza.
2-story, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors. Wood stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Fire Pit in fenced yard. 3 car garage, large driveway. Pets Allowed. Current tenants have stayed 4 years- only leaving because finishing up veterinary school.

12-month lease. Renewable each year. We have always had veterinary students in this house- the students have stayed the entire time they are in vet school. This is a charming rustic farmhouse in a great location.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
