If you love your privacy, mountain living, gardening and nature, this mini apartment in a mountain home on 1 acre is for you! All utilities and wifi are included. Space is basically unfurnished with optional small tables.

This house in South Evergreen is divided into 3 separate living spaces. This one is the south-east facing lower walk-out section. Shared use of an outside raised bed garden is also included.

Enjoy quiet mountain living away from the crowds, with incredible Mt. Evans and Meadow views from the house. The property sits on one acre.

Your downstairs entrance is through the kitchenette room. This room has a refrigerator, Ninja air fryer, induction single burner, some kitchen supplies. Due to limited kitchen space, this space is NOT a good option for those who love to bake or make extensive meals.

Your own Private full bath is across the hallway from the bedroom.

The third room is a utility/boiler room which contains a washer/dryer and has a double sink, disposal. There is a reverse osmosis water system installed. The washer/dryer may occasionally be shared with the owner, who visits once a month or so with family.

An indoor only litter box-trained cat may be permitted upon review. No dogs or other pets. Parking on site is included. Easy commute down Hwy. 285. with just a 20 minute drive to SW Denver, 45 minute drive to Auraria Campus, 1.25 hour drive to DIA airport.

No heavy drinking or partying is allowed on the property. Any kind of smoking is not allowed in the house or on the property. While this all may seem a bit strict, please bear in mind that this is a quiet and respectful household where everyone has their own space.
