--The comfy 12' x 12' carpeted bedroom is next.

--Right off the bedroom is a dedicated, quiet home office with a built-in oak desk.

--The greenhouse is next. This room can also be used as as a a peaceful sunroom retreat.

--From the greenhouse, step outside onto your private 8' x 8' deck to take in stunning, unobstructed views of Mount Blue Sky (formerly Mount Evans) and the surrounding meadows. The deck is perfect for morning coffee or mountain sunsets.

Rent includes all standard utilities: electricity, heating, water, trash, and high-speed internet. All-Inclusive. Skip the hassle of multiple bills.

Parking: Includes designated, secure off-street parking. Please note there is no garage or covered parking available.

Winter Maintenance: Shared driveway plowing assistance is provided during major snow events.

Kitchenette Note: To ensure a perfect fit, please note this suite features a modern countertop kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. It does not include a traditional full-sized stove or oven. The space is perfectly optimized for high-end countertop cooking appliances like air fryers, induction burners, toaster ovens, or multi-cookers (Instant Pots).

Security Deposit: (Amount is Equal to 1 month's rent.

Pets: Small dogs and cats are welcome upon owner approval. Requires an additional small pet deposit.

Lease Duration: 12 Months preferred.

Smoking: Strictly no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

Location: Located in a high-ends secure neighborhood.Less than 10 minutes to downtown Evergreen or Conifer, and grocery stores. Large mountain parks within a few minutes drive.

From the house enjoy an easy commute 4.5 miles down North Turkey Creek to Hwy. 285. It is just a 20 minute drive to SW Denver, 45 minute drive to Auraria Campus, 1.25 hour drive to DIA airport.

Expectations: No heavy drinking or partying on the property. NO Smoking is allowed in the house or on the property.

Process will be to fill out an application, then chat with the owner first via email, and then a phone conversation & showing if it seems like a good fit.

Each dwelling area is completely independent with separate entrances.

Owner covers water, as we are on well and septic. Owner also covers wifi, gas and electric. Security deposit due at signing. No smoking allowed. Cats and small dogs allowed upon approval of landlord and with refundable pet deposit.

I live elsewhere, but reserve the upstairs space and garage for when I visit, so the space is very private.

Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the premises.

High-wattage grow lights, commercial fans, or supplemental space heaters are prohibited in the greenhouse.

Tenant is responsible for shoveling out their own vehicle and clearing their own private walkway. Owner will discuss options for cleaning up the rest of the driveway during heavy snowstorms.

Renter must agree to a housemates agreement that ensures care of the property, and a quiet & peaceful home experience.
