Great location, house is located in the first neighboorhood out of NASP West Gate. Located 10-15 minutes to the beach (only 5 minutes to an awesome beach/marina with boat rentals on base if you're military) and 20-25 minutes to downtown. It is an active and great neighboorhood. Lots of kids, military, and police in the neighboorhood that includes a little community park. This side of town is great to avoid traffic, and the beaches are less crowded then Pensacola Beach. Also much closer to Orange Beach, AL. Still close enough to downtown for a night out but far enough away to have your space.

Fully fenced in backyard. Master bedroom has been painted gray/blue. Multiple new ceiling fans. Many of the bushes have been removed to make yard care easier. All appliances come with it.

The park has a basketball courts, kids play area with multiple sets of swings money bars and balance beams. The area is shaded with oak and pine trees and lots of room for dogs and two stations for poop bags and trash cans. I love my sleepy neighborhood that is close to everything. "
