This newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment located in Altadena, CA is the perfect place for anyone who wants peace and quiet, but still be close to exciting Old Town Pasadena. It is walking distance from Lake Ave, which boasts excellent restaurants and stores. The apartment underwent a full remodel in 2022 and features an A/C unit, laminate floors, all new kitchen and bathroom along with a wall heating unit. 1 parking spot is included once carport is rebuilt, and there is plenty of street parking in front of the building. The building includes coin operated laundry facilities as well as a stunning courtyard with a large oak tree. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

The monthly rent includes water, trash, gardening, and gas. Tenant pays electricity and any extra utilities such as cable or WiFi if desired. Small pets are welcome, under 20lbs but an extra pet deposit of $350 is required along with renters insurance covering the pet. There is no pet rent.

This is a non smoking building.

**Due to Eaton Fire parking is unavailable until carport is rebuilt in 2026. There is plenty of free parking on the street and no overnight permits are required. But once rebuilt this apartment is guaranteed one parking spot.

The only area of concern is there are wild animals living in the area; coyotes, bears, bobcats, skunk, opossum, rattlesnake and deer. Dogs and cats should never be left unmonitored in their yards, as they may be eaten or injured by coyotes at any time of the day."
