Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in Altadena walking distance from the shops and restaurants on Lake Ave. The apartment features new lighting, recently upgraded kitchen, bathroom, and fresh paint. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 15 unit building.

**Post Eaton Fire the carport is undergoing rebuilding. 2 parking spots are included with the rent however until the carport is rebuilt we ask residents to park on the street. There is no overnight street parking permit.

12 month lease minimum. Security deposit is 1 month of rent ($2400) and small pets are welcome for an additional $350 security deposit (No pet rent!). Utilities included with rent are Gas, Gardening, Sewage, Water, common area cleaning & Trash. Tenant only pays electricity, WiFi and cable if desired.

The only area of concern is there are wild animals living in the area; coyotes, bears, bobcats, skunk, opossum, rattlesnake and deer. Dogs and cats should never be left unmonitored in their yards, as they may be eaten or injured by coyotes at any time of the day."
