Parking is free city parking directly in front of the house, but a neighboring business allows one vehicle to park in their lot in case of the rare occurrence the spot is taken for $40/month.

Absolutely no smoking or drugs in the house or property. Well behaved pets (cats or small dogs) are allowed at $50/pet per month.

Renter is responsible for upkeep of xeriscaped yard and general maintenance.

Do a little shopping at Festival Market, Victorian Square or a wine shop. Watch the Kentucky Wildcats play at Rupp Arena. Thursday, Friday and Saturdays are usually the busiest times of the week for this area. Very close to public and highly rated private schools in a matter of just a few minutes walking.
