Picadome has been so wonderful for my two daughters. All the teachers we have interacted with seem to be truly invested in the education of the children and promote them to become lifelong learners. I am so thankful to be apart of this wonderful learning community. There are many family events throughout the year along with a spring carnival that we always look forward to! I can't speak highly enough of this amazing school!

An amazing small school with a family feel. My children are learning so many new things and are able to explore their interest along with basic and lifelong skills needed! Would recommend for any family wanting their child to become more independent and encourage of love of learning!

Both of my children participated in the Primary program with Miss Jennifer, and we could not have been happier with our experience. Miss Jennifer has a unique ability to tailor her approach to each child in order to guide all of her students in the process of learning. Our oldest started as a third-year student (two years later than most of his peers), and Miss Jennifer made sure he received the instruction he needed to catch up to the other students his age, which he did quickly. Our youngest has been there since she was three, and it has been extremely rewarding to watch her grow more compassionate and self-aware while fostering her (sometimes overwhelming) creativity and independence. Beyond teaching life skills and academics, Miss Jennifer introduces her students to caring for themselves, others, and the environment through programs like yoga and service projects. And in addition to hosting multiple parent meetings throughout the year (both as groups and individually), Miss Jennifer is always available and happy to discuss our children's progress or any questions we might have. If you want to build a strong foundation for your child's education, in my opinion and experience, you can't go wrong with Ardor Montessori!

Tuition has soared in recent years without any meaningful improvements in leadership, communication, or program quality. Families are expected to pay significantly more, but transparency around spending and decision-making is virtually nonexistent. The newly launched “Learning Lab” raises red flags. While marketed as a support for neurodivergent students, the school has a documented pattern of not renewing contracts for children with similar needs. This feels less like meaningful inclusion and more like a strategic rebrand to justify even higher tuition. Teacher turnover has increased, yet families are rarely given honest explanations. It’s hard to know the real reasons, because the head of school controls the messaging and culture. Many concerns raised by parents and staff have been ignored or quietly buried.
