Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage, backyard, and all amenities.
Check-in is easy with a smart lock on the front door.
No areas are shared with others.

Rules:
This is a quiet, gated community please help us keep things peaceful for the neighbors.
No parties or large gatherings.
Absolutely no firearms allowed on the property.
Only registered guests are allowed at the property.
Primary guest must be 25+ with positive reviews.
We have exterior security cameras for your safety.
We also use a Minut device indoors to monitor noise levels (no audio recording) just to make sure things stay comfortable for everyone.
No pets are permitted.

Checkout and Additional fees:
Checkout Time: 11 AM sharp. Unauthorized late checkouts incur fees. $50 within one hour, $75 within 2 hours, and one full night's base rate after 2 hours (does not grant an extra night's stay).
Excessive Mess ($75): Applied for unwashed dishes, food on counters, or loose trash.
Abandoned Items ($30 + shipping): For handling/disposing of left-behind luggage or clothing.
Missing Items ($75): Flat fee for any unreturned garage clickers or TV remotes.
Guests will be asked to complete our secure Guest Portal after booking, which includes ID verification, a rental agreement, and a refundable security deposit.
Utilities are included up to normal use (around $300/month), with a cap of $350/month. Any excess will be billed separately.
A professional cleaning is required every 30 days for extended stays and is an extra charge.
This property is offered for temporary lodging only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Fully furnished, all bills paid by owner. Utility cap is $350. Must give 30 days notice to renew or move out.
