    "The area is getting better. Money is being put into fixing it up by the city and people flipping houses. Kids do play outside without supervision. Unsure if this is safe or not but I’ve only seen the police twice for incidents in our neighborhood in the 9 months we have been here."

If you are the type to get involved this is the area for you. It's a very up and coming area! "
