Hello everybody and Welcome to 803 E Deshler Ave Columbus, Ohio! This house has been fully renovated and it has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is very unique with a log cabin type of vibe. It has an additional bonus room that could be used as a 4th bedroom if needed or used as a second living room. Also don't let this house fool you, it is three floors and it's bigger than it looks on the inside then it does on the outside and has a ton of storage space as well as a washer and dryer already in place. It comes with a Smart thermostat and all new appliances. The house is extremely convenient to downtown, German Village and the Children's Hospital. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well as plenty of bars and entertainment. In addition to the home the property it has a fenced in front and back yard. It has a single car garage in the back of the house and an additional parking space in the back yard as well that's gated. It's located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. (please go by late at night and see how quite it is for yourself). It is a super tight knit community with wonderful people and you will always feel safe. The house does very well on utility cost. I'm looking for responsible renters that are looking for long term housing. I offer 2 or 3 year leases to get locked in on the rent price! I take pride in being a great landlord.     "The area is getting better. Money is being put into fixing it up by the city and people flipping houses. Kids do play outside without supervision. Unsure if this is safe or not but I’ve only seen the police twice for incidents in our neighborhood in the 9 months we have been here."
