The house is extremely convenient to downtown, German Village and the Children's Hospital. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well as plenty of bars and entertainment. In addition to the home the property has a fenced in front and back yard. It has a single car garage in the back of the house and an additional parking space in the back yard as well that's gated. It's located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house does very well on utility cost. I'm looking for responsible renters that are looking for long term housing.
