First floor:
Bedroom with King bed, Tv and computer desk and chair. Walkout to the garage.

Second Floor:
Entering from front door, Living room, Kitchen, Dining room with walkout through sliding glass doors to the patio and backyard.

Living room
Sofa, end tables, coffee table, 65" Samsung Tv with free Netflix.

Kitchen - Stainless steel appliances, Fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Coffee pot, Toaster, Dinnerware, drinking glasses, plastic cups, plates, silverware, sharp knives, cooking utensils, pasta strainer, pots and pans, bowls and more.

Sliding glass doors open up to the balcony deck that overlooks the backyard.
Patio furniture provided to laze away the day and nights in a relaxed atmosphere.

Second floor
3 bedrooms and 2 walk in bathrooms
Master Bedroom with King bed, 55" Samsung Tv, dresser, Closet and 2 night lamps on nightstands. Adjoining bathroom in master bedroom.

2nd Bedroom has a queen bed, 55" Samsung Tv, dresser, Closet and 2 night lamps on nightstands.

3rd Bedroom has a queen bed, 55" Samsung Tv, dresser, Closet and 2 night lamps on nightstands.

2nd bathroom. Guest walk in shower.

4th floor basement. Game room and Laundry room
Game room has a pool table, foosball, tennis table and a Mortal Kombat Arcade game.

Laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Can rent monthly as needed

Lease and walk through is required.
$500 cleaning fee
$2000 Refundable Security Deposit

Rent includes all utilities. There is a cap at $250 for electric. After that, renter is responsible for difference. Our Electric bill has never been over $250.

We also take care of the following:
Free Netflix
Free Internet
Quarterly Pest Control treatments.
Quarterly checks of our home with our handyman. Replace air filter and check all drains etc.
Every 6 months AC preventative maintenance
Renter is responsible for snow removal.
Renter is responsible for leaving our home in good condition.

Our home is in a residential location.

No Smoking in home. No smoking in the garage. Smoking is allowed on patio or outside.

No Pets allowed
No illegal substances
No Parties
No guns
No commercial photo shoots without the owner's consent.
No noise after 10pm-7am according to the city noise ordinance.

    "It's a beautiful area and well maintained. You are "in the city" but get that "countryside" feel. I feel super safe here and it's a great place to raise a family. Everything you need is nearby but without all the hustle & bustle and without so much crime. I do wish that there were a few more time windows for bus transit's BUT the upside of there not being a constant line of buses is that it is what helps the city be so safe in MY OPINION. Independence is a fabulous place to call home."

    "It’s a really safe neighborhood for kids to play in their yards and take walks around the neighborhoods where I live. I am a young adult and I often take night walks around the neighborhood and I have never once felt unsafe. The people are always friendly though people tend to keep to themselves. "

    "No there’s not much to say about independence it’s a lovely little town for the right type of people. Someone who wants to settle down and wants to experience all four seasons.That being said there’s not many unique homes out here there all cookies cutter homes that focus on design instead of quality functionality and uniqueness. Altogether it’s a neighbor hood for a certain type of buyer there’s a lot of Restaurants and schools."
