LAUNDRY: Laundry - 24 Loads MAX per month. Please clean the dryer filter after each use.
MAIL: The mailbox is not accessible to mid term tenants, (less than 12 months). Although you may get food deliveries, Amazon and personal mail is prohibited. There is an Amazon locker across the street inside 7/11 on Sherman Way for your deliveries and we recommend getting a post office box for your personal mail.
PARKING: Parking inside the development is monitored by the HOA. Tenant parking within the development is prohibited per the HOA. Guest parking must use the guest parking pass and guests may not park more than 48 hours in a 7 day period. Towing fees will be the responsibility of the tenant.
CLEANINGS: Monthly professional cleanings are complimentary and are mandatory for stays longer than 45 days.
AC/HEAT: The thermostats are specific to each floor and are set on a schedule to accommodate the comfortability for all. In addition, utilities are included; temperatures outside this range would be excessive use of utilities and additional fees may be applied. Please do not open the windows with the AC/HEAT on.
