Located on East Aloha Street between Harvard Ave E and Boylston Ave E. Walk a block to Cook Weaver, Deluxe and Rapport. Cornish College of the Arts, Carrello, Bait Shop, Espresso Vivace and many other great restaurants, shops and cafes are within a 5 minute walk. The Capitol Hill Light Rail Station is a 10 minute walk. The #49 Metro bus to the UW or downtown Seattle, and the #9 Metro bus to Columbia City and the Rainier Valley are 2 blocks away. We are excellent and thoughtful landlords. The cottage has only had three renters in the 12 years we've rented it. Our tenants love this cottage and stay for a long time. We live on-site in the main house with our family. The backyard is shared and available for your use.
