The property is available for a 6 or 12 month lease.
Monthly lease for either term is $3900. Due at signing of the lease is first month's rent plus security deposit of $3900 and in addition a $300 non refundable cleaning fee. Total = $8100. We will allow 1 dog on the property for an additional $500 pet deposit.
Garage parking for 1 car with room to park another 1 car outside in the driveway is available for an additional $200/month. Alternatively street parking is available. The cost of parking is for the parking spot only which is in a shared garage on the property.
Renter is responsible for all utilities including water, electricity, gas, garbage, internet. Owner covers pest prevention and yard maintenance.

3. We consider the nature and severity of the offense, the number and type of convictions, the time that has elapsed since the conviction, your age at the time of conviction, evidence of good tenant history before and after conviction, any additional information showing rehabilitation, good conduct, or other factors that you would like us to consider.).
4. Copy of most recent pay stub and employment verification and reference.
5. Tour of the property.
No cats, no smoking, and no illegal drugs on the property.
